Modus Operandi

What is the AARLC Plan of Action?

AARLC plan of action is in development of - a new generation of Reagan minded African American public policy leadership to facilitate breaking the liberal control of America's Blacks. In this endeavor AARLC today runs the only national conservative black panel to identify, recruit, and train African American individuals as future public policy activists.

AARLC recognizes that the surest way to sustain gains in the Black community is through African American favorable support of African American Republican candidates and Republican public policy issues to promote our conservative movement within the black community.

AARLC postulates that as the number of black conservative grassroots activists and public policy holders increase, Republicans stand a surer chance to make greater significant headway to achieve our alliance with Black America, broaden and diversify our Republican support base.

Through our year-round systematic consistent efforts, AARLC seeks out conservative blacks first, but also looks to share and deepen the understanding of Reaganite Republican public policy issues with the intent to recruit individuals open to common sense public policies within the black community.

AARLC is leading the way with the only national conservative black seminary to identify, convert, recruit, and train local, state and federal candidates to run in open seats or against Democrat minorities, with our primary challenges being against liberal African American incumbents.

African American Republican Leadership Council provides not only critical training to these identified candidates but also leverage early financial support along with issue advocacy and independent campaigns to compliment particular races and our Reaganomic public policies. Where the black electorate would make the difference in a non-African American race, AARLC works to engage Black voters to deliver their vote.
